Shared Hands Global is a non-profit organization founded with a vision to create a just and inclusive society by empowering marginalized and underserved communities across Bangladesh. We are committed to social transformation through a grassroots approach that blends education, technology, health, and dignity-focused interventions.

Our core initiatives focus on providing quality schooling for underprivileged children, enhancing digital and technological skills, ensuring access to primary healthcare, empowering women and girls through education and economic opportunities, preventing child marriage, and combating hunger and food insecurity. We aim to uplift vulnerable communities by fostering local capacity and enabling sustainable development through innovation, advocacy, and partnerships.

FOUNDER’S MESSAGE

Mohammad Julhas Sujan, Founder of Shared Hands Global, is a visionary public health technologist, data science engineer, and social entrepreneur dedicated to building equitable, empowered communities through innovation and compassion. With more than a decade of experience in global health, digital transformation, and social impact, Julhas launched Shared Hands Global to translate his values into action and bring hope to those most in need.

Guided by the principles of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), his mission is to ensure every person—regardless of background—has access to the resources and opportunities necessary to live a healthy, dignified, and productive life. Under his leadership, Shared Hands Global has become a platform for scalable, community-driven programs that connect underserved populations to education, healthcare, nutrition, and economic opportunities.

Julhas also serves as a Data Science Engineer at the International Vaccine Institute (IVI) and contributes to JBRSOFT Limited as an Advisor for Business Development and Strategic Advancement. In this capacity, he provides guidance on the development of advanced health and data solutions. His ability to bridge technology, policy, and community engagement has been instrumental in shaping impactful initiatives, positioning Shared Hands Global as a model for socially conscious innovation.

Through this initiative, Julhas continues to champion inclusive development, ensuring that even the most remote and vulnerable communities have a voice, a future, and a hand to hold.
